Coming from Windows
Install from Windows.
Tilo Imager downloads and verifies the selected system image, writes it to a USB drive, checks every written byte, and carries your non-secret setup choices into the installer.
The public alpha is not downloadable yet. This guide documents the tested Windows x86-64 route; its button appears only after the signed release passes promotion.
Use Rufus or balenaEtcher instead
Both can write the raw system image to a USB drive after you decompress the published .img.zst file with a Zstandard-compatible tool. They do not carry Tilo Imager’s hostname, account name, language, keyboard, time-zone or filesystem choices into the installer.
