The one widget shell every chart kind shares: layout, title, hover,
keyboard and touch inspection, activation, the legend toggles and the
accessibility tree. A chart kind only supplies its marks — geometry, hit
testing and painting — through PlotMarks; its builder name is an
alias of Plot over those marks (Heatmap is Plot<HeatmapMarks>).
