Enum Scope
pub enum Scope {
InApp(AppScope),
WindowGroup(Option<u64>),
Workspace,
Everywhere,
}Expand description
How far one search reaches, from narrowest to widest: the one vocabulary every control that opens search asks in.
Variants§
InApp(AppScope)
One app’s own: what it publishes, everything or the part of it a control named. The app’s own search, which is never the workspace’s.
WindowGroup(Option<u64>)
The apps one window group can show: what its new-tab control asks for,
and a chosen app opens as a new tab there. None when no group asks —
the empty desk’s launchpad — and an app opens as a window of its own.
Workspace
Everything in the workspace in front.
Everywhere
Every workspace, each row saying which one holds it.
Implementations§
§impl Scope
impl Scope
pub fn window_group(&self) -> Option<u64>
pub fn window_group(&self) -> Option<u64>
The group a hit opens in, when the search is one window group’s.
pub fn everywhere(&self) -> bool
pub fn everywhere(&self) -> bool
Whether the search reaches past the workspace in front.
