What changed in a part’s content between two generations of it, as the one who painted it knows: an embedded app’s own widget damage.
Fields§
§source: u64Who painted the content. A hint follows on only within one source.
from: u64§to: u64The generation painted.
placement: AffineWhere the content is placed: content placed elsewhere has moved.
rects: Vec<Rect>Every pixel that differs between generations from and to, in the
section’s coordinates, antialiasing, shadows and overhang included,
except where copies land.
copies: Vec<MovedRegion>What of generation from generation to shows moved, in the
section’s coordinates (crate::scroll_copy): a host that keeps the
pixels it presented may move them instead of repainting where they
land (damage_with_copies). Any other host repaints there.
earlier: Vec<(u64, Vec<Rect>)>What differs between each earlier generation still known and to,
as rects does for from: a host that presented an older
generation (the content was drawn more than once between two of its
frames) repaints these instead of the whole part.
