Constant MAX_TEXT_BYTES

pub const MAX_TEXT_BYTES: usize = _; // 8_192usize

Longest label, value or name the bar takes, in bytes. Longer text is cut at a character boundary: the bar elides far sooner, and the wire never carries a page’s worth of text per frame.
