Module floating_list 

FloatingList — the one floating option list: a Panel of rows that scrolls, arms a row for the pointer and the keys, and places itself beside its anchor.

Owners bring the rows and paint them (FloatingRow); the list owns the geometry, the scrolling, the arming, the arrival placeholder and the placement, so a suggestion list, a dropdown, a filter menu and a context menu all behave the same.
