Constant STRIP_EDGE_GUTTER_PX

pub const STRIP_EDGE_GUTTER_PX: f64 = _; // 32f64

Wallpaper a desktop keeps at both ends of a strip, as the leading inset and, through usable width, at the trailing end: without it a window at either end has its border, corners and shadow (e2: blur 8) cut off by the screen edge.
