Enum Audience
pub enum Audience {
Everyone,
People,
Agents,
}Expand description
Who an action is listed for. The app declares it. Most actions are for
Everyone, which is the default. An action outside a
listing’s audience stays published, resolvable and invocable by address,
under the same permission, confirmation and history rules as any other.
It just isn’t offered there.
Variants§
Everyone
People
Listed for people only: an action whose point is what a person sees or does next, such as copying a link to the clipboard. Agent listings leave it out.
Agents
Listed for agents, scripts and the controls that submit it, never for a person to pick (the palette, menus). Examples: reading a message’s content, revealing a text range by offsets, an edit addressed by an internal part number.
Implementations§
§impl Audience
impl Audience
pub const fn reaches_people(self) -> bool
pub const fn reaches_people(self) -> bool
Whether people’s listings (the palette, menus) offer it.
pub const fn reaches_agents(self) -> bool
pub const fn reaches_agents(self) -> bool
Whether agents’ listings offer it.
