Function open_send_box

pub fn open_send_box(
    about: Option<SharedSelection>,
    bounds: Option<[f64; 4]>,
    draft: Option<&str>,
    to: &[Recipient],
)

Open the box with no menu: what a window’s own key does over a selection, and what the shell’s send key or its “report a problem” asks of an app.
