Function outside_document

pub fn outside_document(resource: ResourceSpec) -> ResourceSpec

resource without document actions, at any depth: what a widget below its component’s root may publish. The root is the one boundary that speaks for the resource; every host walk publishes and dispatches what the rest of the tree adds through this.
