Function set_workspace_agents

pub fn set_workspace_agents(workspace: &str, agents: Vec<RosterAgent>)

Replace the verified agents of workspace this thread’s app names in its history (AuthorDirectory::with_workspace_agents). Only the session’s context stream calls this, with what it verified.
