Module native_initial 

Private native construction custody. It borrows the existing SDK worker; neither an environment value nor a data capture is a positive authority.

The committed read of a joined manager’s primary route, to be taken on any thread: an owner that must not wait on its own thread (a tilolang host running other instances meanwhile) reads it on another and enters construction with what it read (NativeConstruction::enter_read).

joining

Whether the construction under way is on a manager still joining its workspace. A record that is not on this device is then not created: the workspace may hold it, and a second copy made here would diverge from it. It arrives with the join.
