Function dropping 

pub fn dropping<R>(dropped: Dropped, run: impl FnOnce() -> R) -> R

Run run, the dispatch of the WindowEvent::DroppedFile that names a file dropped on the window, while dropped is that file. A host whose files have no path to read (a browser page) reads the dropped file first (or says why it did not) and hands it along this way, for that dispatch only.
