Constant ROOM_KIND

pub const ROOM_KIND: &'static str;

The kind id of the workspace’s own resource. Its actions are the workspace’s governance: membership, roles, grants and settings.

Records and grants already name this kind, in paths and in resources of their own, so it keeps the spelling it was published under; the constant’s name is the job, not the spelling.
