Module device_local_door

A hosted surface’s device-local door, shared with whoever lists and invokes its actions while its host owns the surface.
A host mounts a private surface app (setup, Quick Settings, a sheet)
and keeps it to itself: only the host may lay it out, draw it or run it.
The catalogue a person searching, a script or an agent on this device
drives it through is elsewhere, and may not borrow the host. The host
hands that catalogue a SharedDoor: on every pass it serves what
was asked through the app’s own door
(AppWidget::invoke_device_local_action) and publishes what the
app offers now (AppWidget::device_local_resources). The catalogue
reads SharedDoor::actions and queues with SharedDoor::invoke;
the answer arrives once the host served it. Nothing here reaches a workspace
or another device.
