Capture the component’s connection to the session’s services, while retaining the original worker.

A window is built while its route is still joining (the live launch builds local-first), and a workspace this device governs answers the route’s committed read as its own channel. Neither is a reason this app may not reach the session: whether the session serves a service to an app is the session’s own decision on the app’s certified route, not a property of when the app asked or of how its record is read. So the connection is captured from the manager’s route whether it is acknowledged yet or not, and a request sent before the route joined waits for it in the worker.
