Function panel_ground
pub fn panel_ground(theme: &Theme) -> AlphaColor<Srgb>Expand description
The opaque colour a chrome surface is built from: the floating level,
surfaces.overlay, verbatim (docs/design-language.md, “Surfaces”). A
floating surface separates by its level, its two-layer shadow and its
inner hairline together, never by drifting off its level.
High contrast is the exception: there the floating level is the ground
itself, so the ground is walked away from it (same luminance reasoning
as Colors::hairline_on) until it clears the desktop and the window;
PANEL_BORDER_ALPHA is the edge half of the same fix.
